DROP OFF PROCEDURES (DROP OFF WILL BEGIN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME)
Pull to the curb in front of the building, and a coach will greet your gymnast at the car. Gymnasts will enter the building and be seated at the tables, where they will remove their coats and shoes.
PICK UP PROCEDURES
Parents will form a pick-up line in front of the building. Please have a paper on your dashboard displaying your child’s name. The coaches will send the children out one at a time to the awaiting vehicle. If you need to strap a child in a car seat, we are asking that you pull over into the parking lot after picking up your child to do this, so that we can keep the line moving.
FIT & FUN FRIDAYS SIGN UP
All sign-ups will be online through the Customer Portal (Booking). Cost (per day): 1 child $60 - 2 children $85 - 3 children or more (from the same family) $120 (nonrefundable) due at signup for 5 hours of fun supervised by Mercury coaches. No walk-ins will be allowed; all children must be pre-registered for this event.
