Trampoline and Tumbling
We currently have 5 levels in our program.
Levels 2 and 3 are the beginning levels, here students are taught
correct body positions and are exposed to different practice drills
to help them develop body awareness and timing. We will concentrate
on strength and technique important for the future. Our level 4,
5, 6 programs take the body positions and technique previously developed
and practice more complex drills while learning new skills. We will
focus on having fun while setting and accomplishing new goals.
