Registration Fee: There will be a $36 non-refundable yearly registration fee with a maximum of $72 per family due at the time you register(registration fee is due in August, pro-rated for each month)	Private Lessons: Private lessons are available at the discretion of your coach. Parents please include your gymnasts' coach in all decisions about extra help and training. Private Lesson fees are based on each coaches availability and experience.	Tuition Mercury Gymnastics payment policy is as follows. All tuition will be due on the 15th of the month prior. (i.e. March's tuition is due on Feb. 15th) Any student who is unpaid on the first day of the month is subject to be dropped from their class.
Missed classes We realize that your gymnasts may miss classes due to illness or vacation. Missed classes cannot be prorated due to illness or vacation. You may schedule with the front desk a make-up class, from your regular class time, or ask for a free gym pass. Missed classes will need to be made up within one month.	Discount: You can receive a 10% discount on your 2nd childs tuition, 15% off your 3rd childs tuition. (not available on summer session fees).	Weather Mercury's weather policy is if the Park Hill School District cancels classes and after school activities, Mercury gymnastics will also be closed, this includes Preschool, Recreational, Team, and Open Gym. We post our closing on NBC and we also put our closings on our answering machine. Team kids, your coach will call you about your practice schedule.
