Power Hour
9:30 to 10:30 AM
4:30 to 5:30 PM

Power Hour is most Fridays from 9:30am to 10-30am and 4:30pm to 5:30pm. The cost is $5.00 per child or buy a punch card (10 punches for $40).
You do not have to be a member of Mercury Gymnastics to attend. Bring your friends!!

Back Handspring Clinic

Mark your calendar, once a month Mercury will be hosting a back handspring clinic. Next month it will be Saturday, Jan.7th from 10:00 - 11:30 am. We will work on a variety of drills and have lots of spotting practice. Join us for this special 90 minute camp of hard core practice to achieve skills in a back handspring . The cost will be $20 if you sign up prior to the event, $25 at the door. Look for more information in the upcoming month.
